Dr. Howard Shullman, DMD
Providing Skill & Compassion to Orthodontic Patients Throughout Palm Beach County
Dr. Shullman, our 5-star-rated orthodontist in Wellington, FL, was born and raised in Miami. He received his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Florida. Eager for more Gator football, he then stayed in Gainesville to earn his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Shullman practiced general dentistry, focusing on the treatment of children in Tampa, Florida, before continuing his orthodontic training at Nova Southeastern University. At Nova, he served as Chief Resident for the Department of Orthodontics in his final year.

Due to his specialized training, Dr. Shullman and his team treat patients from as young as seven to adults in their seventies and older. Their goal is to make the entire experience as easy, convenient, and memorable as possible.
As an orthodontist in Wellington, FL, Dr. Shullman’s love of his profession shows in his skill and caring personality, which creates a warm and winning combination for his patients. Dr. Shullman eagerly accepts the challenge to keep up-to-date on the newest treatment options. Because orthodontics is a constantly evolving field, he spends over 150 hours each year attending continuing education courses and webinars. Dr. Shullman is recognized as being among the top five percent of Invisalign practitioners in North America and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the South Florida Academy of Orthodontists.

As an active member of his community, Dr. Shullman supports and contributes greatly to our local schools, and he is frequently invited to speak with classes to educate the children on hygiene. He offers internships to high school and college students interested in the dental field, provides tours for area girl scout troops, and avidly supports local recreational leagues, such as Wellington Wave Soccer, AYSO, WCFL, Wellington Colts Baseball, Okeeheelee Youth Baseball, TNT Gymnastics, Susan Lyle Studios, and many more.
