We decided to go with the new LightForce braces. It was super easy to put on. Melissa was his Technician, she's super friendly and funny. She helped my son feel comfortable while getting his braces on by explaining to him what she was doing as she went along, and had me laughing the whole time.I've known Krista for many years and she's the sweetest soul. She always has a smile on her face and will go out of her way to get an answer to any of your questions.Angelica is the TikTok queen and a sweetheart, we hit it off immediately.Dr. Shullman is very friendly and patient. He takes his time in explaining which orthodontic treatment he feels is best for you. He always accommodates you with any issues you have and is very easy to talk to.What I love about his office is that he has state-of-the-art equipment and the newest technology. Which means you’re getting the best treatment out there.Everyone is just so professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they go above and beyond to welcome you and make you feel right at home. I feel that it's important to have a good relationship with the staff and Doctor because you will see them often for a few years while you go through the treatment. If this is what you are looking for, you will certainly find it there.The office is always clean and they offer freshly baked cookies that are delicious, coffee, and water while you wait. Two weeks ago we had our first visit to Dr. Shullman's office. Since the beginning was great.Was really easy to schedule an appointment. They took us on time, they greet us with love and... smiles and offer us coffee, water and cookies that they baked there ❤️.We had x-rays and scanned done with a top notch dental scanner.Dr. Shullman did his assessment, and clearly and easyly explained the options according to needs.They show us options to pay the treatment with the possibility to adjust it as we wanted, it was very convenient.After the visit, Dr. Shullman share with us in the email, a short video going over x-rays and treatment plan again! So we can have it in our records and to make easier take family decisions about it (very helpful).We saw how the staff is very well trained to give a 5 star experience to the patients.We decided to take the treatment with Dr. Shullman!Today was our 2nd visit. It was great! Even though they have a lot of patients booked, the call us on time. They are organized from the front desk to the back.Our Dental Assistant today was Siana. She was wonderful! She had everything prepared for the delivery and she make us feel very comfortable explaining what to expect for today's visit 😌We are very happy with how the process is running smoothly and easy. Dr Shullman is the kindest, nicest and funniest doctor I’ve... ever had. From the moment I walked into the office the first time his team was so nice all the girls were always so amazing and comforting. They always listened and explained everything they were doing. I’m the worst at explaining myself and the girls there would understand me and explain my concerns to Dr Shullman. Dr Shullman always gave me his best advise as to what he recommended was best for me and even though I was a bit hard headed he understood me and did his best to please me with my results. I have only just started my journey with Dr Shullman, orthodontist. My first impression is that the office has a very professional atmosphere, The office was exceptionally clean, I did not... feel rushed, I felt relaxed & unhurried. All my questions were addressed and I feel Dr Shullman can accommodate me and my expectations. So I have signed up to start my orthodontist journey, it takes about 4 weeks to receive my appliances. Pretty good! If you're not computer savvy, go to a traditional orthodontist because this is state-of-the-art dentistry. You'll need a modern cellphone and know how to use it otherwise the... Invisaligne program will not be 100% beneficial to you. As for me, so far, so good. I'm pleased. I think Schullman's assistants are very nice, very polite and cute!!!
