Two weeks ago we had our first visit to Dr. Shullman's office. Since the beginning was great.Was really easy to schedule an appointment. They took us on time, they greet us with love and... smiles and offer us coffee, water and cookies that they baked there ❤️.We had x-rays and scanned done with a top notch dental scanner.Dr. Shullman did his assessment, and clearly and easyly explained the options according to needs.They show us options to pay the treatment with the possibility to adjust it as we wanted, it was very convenient.After the visit, Dr. Shullman share with us in the email, a short video going over x-rays and treatment plan again! So we can have it in our records and to make easier take family decisions about it (very helpful).We saw how the staff is very well trained to give a 5 star experience to the patients.We decided to take the treatment with Dr. Shullman!Today was our 2nd visit. It was great! Even though they have a lot of patients booked, the call us on time. They are organized from the front desk to the back.Our Dental Assistant today was Siana. She was wonderful! She had everything prepared for the delivery and she make us feel very comfortable explaining what to expect for today's visit 😌We are very happy with how the process is running smoothly and easy. I found Dr Shullman reading through reviews and now it’s my turn to write one. Not sure where to start they are just so amazing. Dr Shullman is the kindest, nicest and funniest doctor I’ve... ever had. From the moment I walked into the office the first time his team was so nice all the girls were always so amazing and comforting. They always listened and explained everything they were doing. I’m the worst at explaining myself and the girls there would understand me and explain my concerns to Dr Shullman. Dr Shullman always gave me his best advise as to what he recommended was best for me and even though I was a bit hard headed he understood me and did his best to please me with my results. I have only just started my journey with Dr Shullman, orthodontist. My first impression is that the office has a very professional atmosphere, The office was exceptionally clean, I did not... feel rushed, I felt relaxed & unhurried. All my questions were addressed and I feel Dr Shullman can accommodate me and my expectations. So I have signed up to start my orthodontist journey, it takes about 4 weeks to receive my appliances. I have been told for my individual orthodontics plan the process is estimated to take 9-12 months.Hoping for a beautiful outcome.read more

Staff here is very friendly and attentive when they work! My only concern was with Dr. Shullman himself. He is very friendly and kind for sure but it feels somewhat rushed when he comes... around. The practice is in his name so I’m sure he is very busy most of the day but it feels like I saw him for a couple minutes and then never again. Pretty good! If you're not computer savvy, go to a traditional orthodontist because this is state-of-the-art dentistry. You'll need a modern cellphone and know how to use it otherwise the... Invisaligne program will not be 100% beneficial to you. As for me, so far, so good. I'm pleased. I think Schullman's assistants are very nice, very polite and cute!!! I went to Shullman Orthodontics mainly to fix my bite after a crown shifted my teeth. Not only is my bite now fixed, but my wisdom have been removed and my teeth straightened! Going to have to update this from 5 to 1 star. Love this place and the doctors but the front desk person is terrible. She is never helpful always stern and never tries to help in any way.... I've had issues several time with the way she responds and treats customers. Yesterday we had a appointment at 3:30 there was a crash about 2 miles north of their office we were stuck for 20 minutes and arrived 20Min late. I understand that's very late but she offered no help or sympathy. She did mint even ask the doctor if it was possible to squeeze her in she denied my daughter service without blinking. So if you ever have an issue with roads turn around because these people will make you waste your time without giving it a second thought.read more

We were very pleased with how clean and professional... the office staff was. When you walk in the front desk is so happy, cheerful, and warm feeling. LET'S NOT FORGET ABOUT THE HOMEMADE COOKIES IN THE LOBBY! they were absolutely amazing. Dr. Morel, Lisa, and Donna were amazing when my boyfriend got nervous about the procedure. I was told... his coordinator was busy and would call me back. I got no call. Business hours say they are open on saturdays, so I called during those hours and was given a voicemail saying they weren’t open. I’m sure the doctors are very talented but this is no way to run a business.read more

Both my daughters have been patients and a Shullman family for years must be a decade now, but recently the Invisalign retainer after 2 1/2 years cracked and not only did they get us in but... was able to make room for us same day! I just wanted to take the time out to thank everyone at this place of business. I been dealing with wisdom teeth pain for over 6months and finally broke down and found out I need oral... surgery to have 3 wisdom teeth removed. After a horrible experience at a completely different practice I was skeptical and nervous to go to another one. Upon walking in for my consultation the ladies at the front desk was so polite. I believe the lady who took my xrays was Dr.Morel assistant she was so pleasant and kept me informed throughout the entire visit. I was completely shocked on how amazing everything was and it was just a consultation. Not to mention I just paid $145 for the same consultation at a completely different practice and for them to do all this for free was mind blowing! We set up my surgery date for Jan 14th. I initially had my consultation in the beginning of December. About a week before Christmas I was in so much pain that we called in to ask if there was anything they can do to help for the time being. Dr.Morel believed it was infected that I needed antibiotics instead of pain killers. As soon as I started taking the antibiotics I felt so much better. The pain was gone. After that they even called us back to say they had a sooner surgery date available which I thought was so nice.I just had my surgery yesterday and everyone was so nice and friendly throughout the experience. I never had anesthesia or any kind of surgery before so I was a little nervous.Later that night Dr. Morel even called me to check on me and that just meant the world to me. It shows he takes pride and cares about his patients. Normally the assistant will call not the dr. But to see he called me and gave me his number for emergencies felt even more comforting. I’ve already recommended him to my co workers and friends that I know they need their wisdom teeth out also. I would highly recommend them to anyone.I want to thank everyone again for the amazing experience and the professionalism.read more
